Information on withdrawal rights for the CrownCandy shop

The CrownCandy shop and its quote workflow are aimed exclusively at business customers. The following notes therefore explain how statutory withdrawal rights are handled in that context.

1. Business-only focus of our shop

Our shop, quote forms, and all machines shown there are intended exclusively for businesses, public-law entities, or similar professional buyers.

The shop is not designed for consumer checkout.

2. No statutory withdrawal right for businesses

Contracts with business customers generally do not include a statutory withdrawal right. This also applies to machine and accessory configurations that are prepared through a personal quote request.

3. Project phase before any binding order

Before a binding order is placed, CrownCandy works through a project and quotation phase. During that phase we align the machine, equipment, payment hardware, telemetry, shipping route, and site requirements. A binding contract is only formed once the quote is accepted or a separate order confirmation is issued.

4. Changes and cancellations

Requests can be changed or withdrawn at any time before a binding order has been placed.

After the contract has been concluded, changes or cancellations are only possible by separate written agreement. Any production, procurement, or shipping costs that have already been triggered may then be charged.
