Shipping and delivery notes for machines and accessories

The CrownCandy shop uses a quote-based shipping workflow. Shipping method, cost, and delivery timing depend on the machine, the selected equipment, the destination, and the on-site conditions.

1. Shipping model in the CrownCandy shop

Because machines and accessories are requested through a personal quote instead of a standard checkout, the shipping method and delivery route are defined per project.

Depending on the item, delivery may be handled by parcel carrier, freight forwarder, or another individually agreed method.

2. Shipping costs

The exact shipping cost can only be calculated once the machine, configuration, destination, unloading requirements, and site access conditions are known.

All prices are generally quoted excluding statutory VAT and excluding shipping.

3. Delivery times

The expected delivery time is shown in the quote or order confirmation. It depends in particular on availability, configuration scope, procurement of optional components, and transport complexity.

4. Delivery of machines

Larger machines are usually delivered by freight forwarder. The customer must ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that a suitable unloading option is available unless another arrangement has been agreed explicitly.

5. Partial deliveries and accessories

Accessories, payment hardware, or telemetry devices may be shipped separately where this speeds up the rollout or makes logistical sense for the project.
